Enchantails Return Policy

Return / Refund

1. How many days does the customer has to request for Return/Refund: 30 days 

2. What is the criteria for which Return are accepted:  All 50 states

4. How many days does it take to process the Refund & Return request: Please allow 5 days to process all returns/refunds

WE WANT ALL MERMAIDS TO LOVE THEIR SLUMBER BAG SETS!

If you have purchased your slumber bag set anywhere other than our website, you must contact the retailer from whom you purchased our product, and comply with their return policy.

ENCHANTAILS IS ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN OF ITEMS PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE.

Any mermaid who has purchased a slumber bag set from our website may “swim” back to her realm if the following conditions are met:

  1. ALL SLUMBER BAG SETS, INCLUDING ALL SET ITEMS WITH ALL LABELS AND TAGS ATTACHED, MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ALONG WITH VINYL BAG AND RETURN FORM, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. Anything beyond 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender’s expense. We cannot accept partial returns. All items must be returned as received in the original set. Refunds equaling the cost of item(s) and applicable taxes, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued to the credit card the order was originally charged Enchantails is not responsible for shipping/handling fees. Please click [HERE] to download and fill out the Return Form. RETURN FORM MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE RETURN PACKAGING. We cannot process your request without this form.
  1. FOR UNHAPPY MERMAIDS: Unfortunately, for mermaids wishing to belong to other realms, we cannot exchange slumber bags. We can refund the customer, and the customer can place a new order for a new slumber bag The customer is responsible for all shipping/handling fees, plus a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be received in perfect condition, with all set items, including the vinyl bag and Return Form, within 30 days. Returns cannot have missing items, be washed, or be damaged by the customer. We cannot accept partial returns. Click [HERE] to download the return form.

 

  1. FOR SHIPWRECKED (DAMAGED/MISSING) ITEMS: If you have received a damaged or defective slumber bag set, please immediately return the entire set, including all items, vinyl bag and a completed Return Partial returns will not be accepted. Click [HERE] to download the Return Form and include it in your package. Once the Mer-Council has received and examined the damaged set, items with verifiable manufacturer damage will be replaced. Enchantails will send a completely new slumber bag set to the customer, and all shipping/handling fees will be refunded to the customer. Damaged sets must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  1. ORDER CANCELLATION: Enchantails may cancel orders for any reason. Examples of situations that may result in order cancellation include: an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or a consumer credit card payment has been declined by the issuing financial
